Doctor's Remarks: The wound was cleansed with normal saline on each Sonotron treatment session. 12 Treatment Units of Sonotron therapy were given on each treatment session. After the 6th Sonotron treatment session the wound was healed.

Post Surgical Of Appendicectomy Wound Of A 25 Year Old Lady Was Healed After 8 Sonotron Treatment Sessions

Doctor's Remarks: Came for follow up. She was given analgesics, antibiotics and daily dressing. Planned for secondary suture after the wound has cleaned up. Patient was given Sonotron treatment. 1st Sonotron treatment session - 10 Treatment Units were given and advised for daily Sonotron treatment. 2nd Sonotron treatment session 6 days later - the wound was granulating well. Patient opted for secondary suturing in clinic which was done on the same day. With regular follow up and dressing, the patient recovered well. Sonotron was the main hallmark of treatment which had enhanced the healing process and enabled the secondary suturing to be done.
