Doctor's Remarks: Patient was given 1 Sonotron treatment session of 10 Treatment Units, given to the infected area. Patient was much relieved of pain and discomfort. Advised to come again should the pain or oozing from the ulcers reappear but patient did not turn up. Photo enclosed
