Doctor's Remarks: 2 pain sites were located and marked. 20 Treatment Units of Sonotron Therapy were given to each site. After the Sonotron treatment, the pain disappeared.
Doctor's Remarks: Patient was given 15 minutes of Sonotron Therapy. Patient felt much better over the 2 areas. Before leaving, patient was advised to take proper meals and be punctual at meal times.

As we all know, surgery has to be the last resort. So, if I can come up with something short of the surgical procedure that may give the patient relief of a significant consequence then, I feel as a doctor I have served my purpose.
