Doctor's Remarks: After 9 Treatment Units of Sonotron therapy, he could flex his left ankle joint upwards and felt no pain. Patient did not return for follow up. Therefore it was hard to tell whether there has been any reduction in the size of the wound.

Doctor's Remarks: By 24 Sonotron treatment sessions in 6 weeks, size of ulcer was 1.0 x 0.5cm. By another 10 Sonotron treatment sessions in 3 weeks the ulcer totally healed. By then the 2nd toe had permanently flexed and a new ulcer formed below the 2nd toe which was surrounded by corn - another problem which needs further Sonotron treatment. She's still on the follow up at time of writing.

Doctor's Remarks: Sonotron treatment method applied. Size of wound measured every 3 days. She came for 10 treatment sessions on a daily basis. Improvement was noted on the 6th day of treatment. The size of ulcer regressed slowly and and at the end of 5 weeks, the ulcer healed well. Patient was able to walk as normal.

Doctor's Remarks: Patient was given Sonotron treatment for about 10 minutes daily. A total of between 25 to 35 Treatment Units of Sonotron therapy was given on each session. Pain was getting less and the sore and surrounding swelling was getting smaller. She had steady improvement and the sore was fully healed after 2 weeks.
