Doctor's Remarks: 15 minutes of Sonotron treatment was given. Did not give more treatment for fear of causing heat / discomfort to the baby - by which time baby was noted to close her mouth and was breathing from the nose. Patient was advised to come again should the vomitting continue. Mother came again 8 hours later, telling the vomitting had stopped and the baby was taking milk and soft diet. Sonotron treatment was repeated. They came again the next day to repeat treatment as baby was taking normal diet. Lung clear, lymph nodes decrease in size, tonsil decrease in size.
